Our central London office is looking for a Property Lettings Team Leader for a FULL TIME POSITION.
The role of the Team Leader:
- Create some advertisements (looking for properties in South Kensington, Chelsea, Battersea
- Create a letter of presentation of our services to a Landlord
- Explain in few steps what has to be done when a property needs works/repairs
- Be able to create a form for inventory
- Working with new and current landlords
- Communicate/feedback for Landlords
- General related administration
- Arranging and accompanying viewing
