Our central London office is looking for a Property Lettings Team Leader for a FULL TIME POSITION. The ideal candidate will manage and support the team, landlord and tenants issues offering advice on all financial, rental and legal matters.
This is a fantastic role to develop and progress your career and get professional experience with a friendly working environment. Property Management experience is not essential but desirable.
THE ROLE OF THE TEAM LEADER:
Working with new and current landlords
Returning feedback to Landlords
Appointing contractors for works/repairs
Search for properties in South Kensington, Chelsea, Battersea
General related administration
Providing solutions to any issues/ queries
Dealing with property maintenance
Arranging and accompanying viewing
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Assertiveness and good communication
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to problem solve and help your team
Proven experience within customer service
Strong time management skills
Highly organized
'Can-Do' attitude
Practical approach to problem solving
Customer service focused
Able to work well under pressure
Ability to motivate a team
A proactive and analytical approach
