Established in 2009, Green Kite Ltd is London’s biggest and most successful inventory company. As a rapidly growing organisation, we produce inventory reports; check-ins and check-outs, for the residential property market. We pride ourselves on our high standards and works with some of the leading London estate agents such as Marsh and Parsons, Foxtons and Kinleigh Folkhard and Hayward. We are looking for motivated individuals with a keen interest in developing in the property industry to join the current team of 20 plus clerks.
About the Role
We are excited to be hiring new Inventory Clerks to expand our growing team. Your role will be to attend properties across the city to asses and report on their condition and to create accurate check-in/check-out reports. You will be required to take photos of the properties to support your assessment and clearly dictate your findings to enable an inspection report to be created. You will also act as a representative of the property agent for the collection/handover of keys. What we’re looking for
We are seeking a self-motivated professional ideally with a background or an interest in the property market. We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written ability and someone who is happy to work autonomously when doing off-site visits. This role can be physically demanding and candidates should be happy to spend a proportion of their day on their feet.
What we’re offering
Full time and Part time contract with overtime potential
Full Time 5 days and Part Time 3 day contracts, includes weekend work
£17,500 salary plus bonus. (pro rata for part time roles)
Travel allowance
Mobile phone allowance
Quarterly bonus of up to £300 per quarter dependent on individual performance
Your role is London based but predominately a field based role although you may be required to attend the main office on request
