A long-established property business is looking for a permanent property attendant and maintenance person to service commercial and other buildings in Central London, based primarily in Shoreditch, EC2.

Candidates need to be reliable, well organised, personable and have a responsible, positive attitude.  experience in a similar role and a solid level of expertise in all aspects of key-holding, DIY and workplace Health and Safety are essential.   This is a varied role working largely unsupervised. The ability to adapt to different situations and provide solutions/ recommendations is therefore required on a daily basis.
This is an active role and candidates will be expected to be outside undertaking physical work for much of the time. They should have good communication skills and basic IT literacy.
