A small but growing residential property company in North West London require someone to conduct their viewings, run errands and help with admin.
As the role is Part Time (circa 10 - 15 hrs per week) it will suit someone who has another main form of income but would like to get out and about, earn a few extra £'s or maybe your personal circumstances allow for a better work/life balance.
Are you an ex Letting Agent that understands how buildings are held together OR a Builder/Handyman that has Sales/Estate Agency experience? If so, you will be ideal.
You must however live within 10 minutes of Willesden Green/Cricklewood, NW2 - no exceptions.
Duties will include:
- Viewings of properties with prospective tenants and subsequent negotiations.
- Checking tenants in and out
- General property management - inspections, supervising tradesmen, manual tasks as required.
- Running errands (going to the shops, launderette, bank, DIY store etc)
- Loading Listings on in-house software
Requirements:
- You must live locally to NW2
- You must have excellent communication skills with perfect written and spoken English.
- An apptitude for computers, apps and software.
- You must be sociable and friendly
- A 'hands on', 'can do' attitude
Hours:
4Pm - 7.30pm, Mon, Wed and Fri with voluntary overtime on various days.
Initially applicants can expect 10 - 15 hrs a week only. Once proven reliable, trustworthy and conscientious the role can be expanded according to ability.
FAQ: Can I turn this in to full time work? Answer: After a period of probation the successful applicant may choose to acquire New Business on a commission/flexi time model, alongside the above basic.
Pay:
- £10 To £12 per hour depending on experience.
