This is an excellent career opportunity to join our successful team as a Property Administrator and work for a friendly team in our Estate Agency in Willesden Green.
The Administrator will have to work within a very fast paced environment therefore strong organisational skills and an excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications are essential. The ideal candidate must also have a Driving Licence, strong written and verbal communication skills as well as being able to work in a customer facing environment. The role will best suit a strong personality who works well under pressure.
The duties include, but are not limited to:
- Handling general maintenance queries that come in daily by either e-mail or telephone
- Dealing with landlords and tenant issues
- Advertise properties on websites
- Managing EPC, gas safety certificates and fire alarms data base
- Preparation of properties prior to move ins
- Accompany prospective applicants to view properties
