Property Administrator Needed

Responsibilities
Answer the telephone and deal with any client/ applicant/tenant enquiries. · Welcome visitors into the office and deal with any lettings queries they may have. · Open the post and deal with any voice mail messages. · Complete property inspections and client meetings for team members, where requested. · Maintain an accurate record of the allocation and movement of property keys. · Maintains applicants Register. · Maintain databases, ensuring property, client, applicant, tenant and tenancy details are always up to date and accurate. · Assist in the production of marketing and promotional material. · Update the website and social media, Facebook and Twitter as required. · Download photographs, altering if necessary and adding to website and marketing material. · Arrange for lettings boards to be erected, where required. · Produce correspondence on behalf of team members. · Assist Property Managers in obtaining quotes from, appointing and monitoring contractors. · Coordinate gas safety certificates, electrical certificates and EPC’s.
Provide full office support including answering the telephone, typing, data entry, photocopying, filing. · Enter property requirements on to databases. · Ensure electronic and paper filing is kept up to date and accurate. · Prepare window cards. · Carry out any such ad hoc duties as may be reasonably required from time to time and in connection with the above.
Knowledge, experience and Skills - Essential
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and willingness to learn new software packages. · 1-2 years previous experience in Letting can be an advantage · Good business writing skills- grammar, punctuation and spelling. · Excellent communication skills. · Excellent approach to customer service/client care. · Attention to detail. · Excellent time management skills
Knowledge, experience and Skills – Desired
Good geographical knowledge of the area. · Understanding of property terminology. · Confidence in own abilities. · experience of dealing with difficult people. · Excellent business writing skills. · Has previously completed training courses in Property Management.
HOURS OF WORK - Mon- Fri 9am- 6pm Saturday 10am-3pm
