Experienced Property Administrator
We are a Property Management and Construction company is looking for a Experienced Property Administrator.
Purpose of Role: This is a key role of our business; you will be dealing directly with our clients, tenants and Landlords. You will be the first point of contact, dealing with clients in a friendly and helpful manner.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Managing the maintenance issues of the property portfolio.
Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen and service providers.
Logging repairs issues reported by the tenant.
Management of in-house property management system.
Arranging works and repairs
Manage and arrange Gas safety, Energy Performance certs and Electrical certificates all other legal documentation to ensure they comply with current legislation.
Sourcing new contractors and negotiating rates.
Sourcing maintenance supplies and materials.
Dealing with supplier invoices
Allocating and producing job sheets for the maintenance operatives.
Managing the diary for the maintenance operatives.
General office administrative duties and assisting the team to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is provided and upheld at all times.
Key Attributes/Requirements:
An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants.
Enthusiastic and articulate with an excellent telephone manner.
Possess excellent organisation and time management skills.
Have common sense and a methodical working manner.
Ability to work to strict deadlines and to remain calm and professional at all times.
Able to prioritise own workload and work in a proactive manner.
Be able to multi-task in a busy office environment.
Must be computer literate
Attention to detail
Excellent problem solving capability
Having a clean driving licence would be useful but not necessary.
