About Us
We are Manors Sales and Lettings, we are a well-established Property Management Company based on Cranbrook Road, Ilford. An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are currently looking for a well experienced Property Administrator to join our expanding team. Your role will be centered around assisting the lettings team in the day to day running of the department, including general administration, preparation of tenancy agreements, arranging and updating certificates as well as chasing and collecting rents due.
Salary
The position starts from £9.00 per Hour but can be reviewed depending on experience, hard work and motivation.
Timing
Monday – Friday
9am – 6pm (including 1-hour lunch break)
Saturday
9am – 1pm
The position is with immediate start, training will be provided.
Job Description:
• To update software, Excel Files and Word Files with details of properties, tenants
and landlords
• Update and renew GAS, NICEIC and EPC Certificates
• Produce, send out invoices and chase over-due payments
• Prepare necessary contracts, leases, agreements and documentation
• Arrange tenant repair appointments
• Arrange viewings of properties
• Chase and collect rents owed
• Handle all utility bills and council tax queries
• Full use of our system software
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
• Client and supplier invoice management
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• experience in this Job (3 + YEARS)
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• An approachable attitude - service with a smile
• Good spoken and written English
• Ability to work in a team and alone when required, using your initiative
• Ability to prioritise work load and work under pressure
• Good organisational skills with great attention to detail
• Strong IT skills including use of Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn various software.
