They are working on a GBP20Million apartment's build project in White City and require a Project Manager.Due to continuous expansion based on an increased workload they are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work on a project in White City. Responsibilities:* Manage the Site Team, delivering projects on time and within budget.* Understand the relevant terms and conditions of the Contract* Ensure quality and safety targets are achieved on site* Manage internal and external project stakeholders experience:* Degree qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role with a proven track record delivering projects in excess of GBP10-GBP50M* A background gained in the building sector and commercial sector.* Residential experience would be preferred.* experience in the management of Medium / Large construction projects.If this is of interest to you please call or send your CV to.
