PROJECT MANAGER - HOTEL DEVELOPMENTLocation: London, UKSalary: Competitive depending on experience Start date: November 2022Ideal Background: Hotel, Resort, Luxury Residential System knowledge: AutoCAD, Creative Suite Adobe, Microsoft Office* Supervise and appoint necessary consultant and contractors* Work closely with the Architects, Quantity Surveyor and other key members of the Project Team* Preparation of the project brief and establish responsibilities for the Project Team* Monitor performance, schedules and quality of work* Establish regular meetings structure, reporting and procedures* Prepare budget and expenditure schedule* Ensure all planning consent are obtain, statutory approvals and scheduling of visits for CDM Regulations* With the Project Team, prepare a list of tenderers, conduct selection procedures, if required, and obtain approval.* Ensure building management, commissioning and maintenance is up to date* Ensure compliance and health and safety requirements* Ensure periodic Building inspection* Deliver final product with all necessary documents The right person* Project Manager with Hotel build/refurbishment experience* Well-rounded in the various computing system used,* Understand and apply architect's drawings, health and safety regulations, etc* Dynamic Project Manager that will ensure the project is delivered on-time, on budget and with all standards and regulations requirements.* Managing a team on-site and report regularly to the Executive Committee on progress and challengesIf this is you please apply with your updated CV today.
