Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: £50-£60k plus Pension and Bonus
Project Manager
A residential building and refurbishment contractor specialising in high specification projects in South West London and Surrey, are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their busy team in the office in the Tolworth Tower.
The appointed Project Manager will be managing 2-3 projects at any one time from receiving the keys to handover, snagging and completion.
As a Project Manager your duties will include but will not be limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities
• Managing 2-3 projects at any one time from receiving the keys to handover, snagging and completion.
• Managing communication channels for client and design team through to site
• Line management of site managers
• Procurement and management of sub contract packages and specialist materials
• Developing and monitoring programme
• Keeping up to date with variations and submitting monthly valuations
• Quality control
• Monitoring site H and S as well as compiling method statements and risk assessments
Key Skills
• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent relevant qualifications
• Have exceptional written and spoken English
• Be highly self-motivated and have experience of delivering high quality projects in a pressurised environment
• Have project management experience of running high end residential projects in excess of £500k
• Have exceptional attention to detail and a "right first time" attitude
• Outstanding organisation and time management skills
• Have a flexible approach and have excellent people and problem solving skills
• experience with MS Project or similar

Due to the outstanding reputation the company has for quality and customer service, these contracts are often won by negotiation rather by competitive tender. Typically, the company is running 5 or more projects at any one time, valuing between £250,000 to £2M. “
