We are currently seeking a Project  Development Worker to join the team based at our head office in London, on a full time, fixed term contract for 2 years. You will receive a competitive salary of £21, 000 per annum plus excellent benefits.

The Project Development Worker Role
As our Project Development Worker you will work across two areas of Three Cs services – Day Services and Community Support.  The Day Services project is based in Lewisham and the Community Support Service supports people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health challenges across five London Boroughs.
This role will be equally divided across Day Services and the Community Support service to assist Three Cs managers in the development of Day Services for people with learning disabilities in Lewisham towards more social inclusion. You will also assist the Community Support manager in the delivery of the South East London Transforming Care Forum, interviews and focus groups and any other work specified in the South East London Transforming Care contract plus any other duties required.
Our Perfect Project Development Worker will have:
- Excellent support worker skills plus proficiency in report writing, data analysis and supporting the management of meetings and/or forums.
- Knowledge and experience of working with people with learning difficulties, autism and Mental Health challenges.
- A flexible way of working, you will be approachable and experienced at managing meetings attended by families and carers and people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health challenges.
- A knowledge of the Transforming Care agenda nationally is desirable.
