Diamond are currently working with a number of top Tier UK companies that require experienced Administration/Project Coordinator in East London.
8am - 5pm £10-11 per hour
The Role
Working within Head Office of one of our clients. The office position will be administration and Project Support, there will be opportunities for progression in to the support team in future. The role is very involved with Formula inputting of Microsoft Excel and on occasion will involve visits to Construction Sites.
* Provide full administrative support to Operations Manager and the team working on the project
* Providing project operational support including attending planning meetings as required
* Owning and managing key account programs whilst updating live tracker spreadsheets and producing regular
reports and outputs
* Project specific document control, including the closing out of projects and necessary archiving
* Establish and maintain good communications throughout the life of each project (including gathering key dates for
projects etc)
* Production of KPI and other ad hoc reports
* Monitor tender submissions to customers with all tender information tracked
* Forward planning, tracking and monitoring of projects from enquiry stage to handover / final account
Requirements
* experience with Microsoft Office
* Previous Administration/office experience.
* Must provide 2 up to date references of previous work completed
Desirable
* Any Administrative qualifications

* Able to work cleanly and effectively
* Willing to work in a team
