Project and Support administrator:
This is an opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate who embraces challenges with a calm and solution driven mindset.
You will be working for technology solutions provider and specifically working to support the commercial management and operations management of the live contracts. You will be focusing on the corporate sector client engagements. The day to day tasks will be related to project delivery and support contract response co-ordination.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to work as part of a team and their reliability to be able to take actions assigned to them and see them through to completion in a time efficient and compliant manner.
The successful candidate may have previous experience in this field but this is not requirement. This role would be suitable to a university graduate that would like to get exposure to corporate sector technology projects.
The role is open to a suitably skilled person that may only be available 4 days per week. There is the capacity for this successful candidate to progress their professional development.
The role responsibilities include:
Liaising with resource management;
Engagement with suppliers and sub-contractors;
Monitoring budgets;
Taking meeting minutes;
Completing compliance documentation;
Updating project and support records;
CRM data input to Salesforce;
Produce reports.
Skills:
MS Word, Excel, Power point;
Salesforce- would be beneficial;
Time management;
Mathematically competent;
Strong communication skills;
Problem solving;
Strong telephone communications;
English speaking;
Other factors considered:
Driving licence, Working Visa, must be willing to under go criminal record check, education and previous working history.
