Project Administrator Required

Role and Responsibilities
The role is to provide support to a busy operations department of a Landscaping company working is SW London:
• Maintaining the in house Cost/Client Management System
• Maintaining project files
• Responsibility for maintaining records for our key supplier
• Weekly reporting to clients with assistance from Operations Manager
• Dealing daily with queries from clients and suppliers and landscapers on site
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Essential - GCSE English and Mathematics or higher
• Desirable: ECDL IT qualification or similar IT training in Excel.
Preferred Skills
Ideally the applicant will have:
• Good telephone manner
• Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills
• Good at problem solving.
Advantageous but not essential:
• Gardening or horticultural knowledge
• experience with building or construction industry
Thursday and Friday
Hours: 8am – 3pm
£12 per hour
