Peabody has an exciting opportunity for aProgramme Delivery Manager to join our team in London. The successful applicant will join us on a full time permanent basis and will receive a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.

As the Programme Delivery Manager, you will lead the development of the integration plan for the Customer Services Directorate which is accountable for:
- The Customer contact call centre and Customer Relations;
- Delivery of Repairs, Servicing, Maintenance and Investment works in our Customers’ homes through Contractors and direct labour;
- Ensuring property compliance with legal accountabilities;
- Delivery of estate cleaning and grounds maintenance services;
- Development and implementation of asset and procurement strategies;
- Performance reporting against KPI’s and Customer measures.
Work closely with the Programme Management and Transformation functions in the Integration directorate to ensure they have full visibility of the Customer Services directorate’s integration plans and that Customer Services’ milestones are appropriately coordinated with corporate milestones.
Knowledge, experience and skills required by the ideal Programme Delivery Manager:
- Excellent planning and co-ordination skills with the capability to manage and prioritise a number of conflicting priorities at any given time.
- Excellent communication skills; proven record of preparing and delivering persuasive, high quality, written and verbal reports and presentations within the organisation up to Executive and committee level and externally.
- Proven ability to collaborate with leaders and work cross-functionally with diverse groups.
- Proven experience of successfully leading, managing and coaching employees and supporting them through times of change.
- Proven track record of developing and leading on change management programs through employee engagement, involvement and collaboration.
- Proven ability in the management of risk and developing mitigating actions.
- Proven experience developing and implementing detailed change programs that govern cross functional work and hold our teams to account.
- The ability to co-ordinate and chair meetings with large groups, maintaining control and ensuring that a diverse set of perspectives are considered to ensure balanced discussions are had.
- The ability to manage in ambiguous situations or when answers are not always clear, taking the opportunity to seek out solutions, answers and guide others in times of uncertainty.
