Following a successful re-launch, Fish! Restaurant in Borough Market is now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic receptionist.
The restaurant counts 110 seats inside and 60 outside. We are open every day and welcome around 2500 guests weekly. Our clientele varies from business men, tourists, families to regular locals. The service style is casual and friendly but professional and efficient.
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to be part of our new experience and make fish a must destination for food enthusiast with great service and great food.
Full time hours at a starting rate of £9 per hour, plus a share of the tronc, and 28 days paid holidays.

Personable and welcoming manner
Be well presented
Confident use of English
Good communication skills
Confidence in answering phones and dealing with all types of guest requests
Good organizational and time keeping skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
Ability to build a good rapport with regular guests
Restaurant customer service experience
The core functions for the role are as follows:
Welcoming and seating guests
Answering phones
Dealing with guest requests
Management of online reservations
Organizing large groups and parties
Selling set menus
