Role: Chauffeur
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8am – 5.30/6pm
Location: Kensington, London
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 gross per annum.

We are looking for a professional and immaculately presented private Chauffeur/Houseman for a family in Kensington, London.
The role will primarily involve driving the Principal’s two young children (accompanied by a Nanny) to school/nursery, afterschool activities and occasionally driving the female Principal to engagements.
The Chauffeur will be contracted to work 45-50 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The family travel frequently and spend the whole summer abroad, when they are away you will not be required to travel with them so will have this time off.
When not driving you will be happy to help out around the home if required, maintain and clean the vehicles, and walk the family’s dogs. You will be hands on, discreet and possess a positive disposition.
You will be an experienced Chauffeur with 5 + years’ experience working for a private family or individual. You will be adaptable, easygoing and possess a flexible attitude. Excellent knowledge of London roads is essential.
The salary offered will be dependent upon your skills and experience. You will receive a permanent employment contract with 28 days’ holiday per year, inclusive of bank holidays.

Daily duties for the role would include;

Driving the family to and from appointments/social engagements.
Airport drop offs and collections
School/nursery drop offs and collections
Fully responsible for the maintenance of the vehicles.
Responsible for arranging vehicle MOTs and parking permits.
Responsible for refueling the vehicles
Ensuring congestion charge has been paid
Ensuring the vehicles are clean at all times and polished regularly.
Ad hoc errands on behalf of the family
Receiving guests to the residence

To be considered for the role you must;

Have 5 + years’ experience as a Chauffeur.
Have excellent contactable references
Have extensive knowledge of West and Central London roads.
Have a full clean UK driving license
Be (or be willing to be) DBS checked
