Reporting to the Operations Manager you will play a key role in managing prospecting and existing clients within Uk Market. As your nature is bright, sales and customer focused you will be the first point of call for all new customers enquires and therefore will be required to filter these through to the appropriate channels. This role will involve inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling).
Naturally you are able to connect well with our clients and have a genuine interest in their satisfaction with the performance of our company, service and products. Located in Central London , we are a professional company that values and encourages team participation in an energetic working environment.
We are seeking a candidate with a professional telephone manner, strong computer skills, excellent negotiation skills, self-motivated and a proactive nature. Ideally you will come from a customer service or call Centre calling environment (although not essential).
In return you will be rewarded with a base salary (depending on experience) + fantastic commission structure
