Production Manager - Large Format Graphics

We are a well-established Exhibition and Events business with an in house large format Graphics department and are currently looking for a talented individual to head this team.
This is a very demanding role so all applicants must have a great understanding of LARGE FORMAT GRAPHICS from a PRODUCTION perspective.
The role:
• Manage the Large format display team and facility
• Ongoing development of production processes and quality control
• Act as main point of contact between the production and project manager and design team
• Supervise and be hands on within the digital print department
• Schedule internal production
• Monitor KPI’s
• Innovate the department
The ideal candidate:
• Has the ability to operate and manage the large format printers direct substrate and dye sublimation canvas printer. Knowledge of small format digit print would be desirable.
• Knowledge of all pre press and Adobe products to make small amends to artwork
• Knowledge of exhibition display frames such as Mod Frames and bespoke canvas frames.
• Has experience of managing people on day to day basis and also training the team
• Will have great communication skills, is hard working and flexible
• Has the ability to motivate his team and deliver results.
