Bone Daddies is a casual dining, a fast-growing group of creative Japanese-inspired restaurants across south-west, central and East London. We currently operate 6 sites, having just opened in Victoria in Jan 2022 - super exciting times.
Our food is fresh, our people unique and our soundtrack, Rock N Roll.
Due to internal development and ongoing expansion, we are looking for a commis chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in our production kitchen in Bermondsey. Our production unit operates a full restaurant over the weekend.
The ideal person will have worked in a high-volume, fresh food kitchen for a minimum of 6 months in a similar capacity. You will not need to be experienced with Japanese produce/cuisine as training will be provided, however a willingness to learn and a passion for food is essential. You will be hands-on, with a can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure under the direction of the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
We operate a philosophy of promoting within and have goals of expanding our brand locally and nationally in the future, therefore there is an opportunity to grow and develop your career with an expanding and reputable brand.
