The Quality Chop House is a restaurant, butcher and food shop in Clerkenwell. We're looking for a Production Chef to join our small happy shop kitchen team.
You'll be working with the finest seasonal ingredients, helping to prepare a range of fresh produce for our shop: pork and family Pies; terrines; pastries; cakes; sandwiches; salads; breads; jams; chutneys; pickles and much more.
You will work 50 hours/ week over 5 days, with 2 days off. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and hard-working chef who would like to keep their evenings free.
A very competitive salary is offered and there is plenty of opportunity for growth.
