We're an organic cold-pressed juice bar and kitchen based in London. We serve cold-pressed juices, made-to-order smoothies, breakfast bowls, lunch and desserts.
We’re looking for a reliable production chef to join our kitchen team based in Acton, preparing and packaging our packaged food and pastry. You will need to be a team player that is able to multi-task and be on your feet for most of the shift. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with kitchen/catering experience. An interest in organic, natural food is a plus.

Key responsibilities Production Chef:
-Preparing breakfasts and lunches
-Preparing packaged fridge snacks
-Packaging products and visual presentation of products
-Managing and ensuring stock levels are adequate
-Raw food preparation and general production tasks
-Kitchen hygiene and organization
-Able to maintain a proficient understanding of our operational requirements and what is needed to fulfill them
-Ensuring back of house is kept clean and that machinery is kept clean and in good working order
-Informing manager of potential stock issues

Essential requirements:
-Comfortable in a kitchen environment
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Must be able to work as a team and work well with others
-Must be clean, organised and helpful with strong attention to detail
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Able to work flexible shifts with an early start
-Previous role in a commercial kitchen environment
-Interest in healthy food and juicing is favourable, but not essential
-Level 2 Food and Hygiene certificate is a plus
-Eligible to live and work in UK
