Feng Sushi is looking for a talented, passionate and motivated production chef to work from our Central Production Kitchen in West London.
The role will involve preparing batches of our sauces and other ingredients to be sent to each of our 8 sites. The role will also involve working on development items with the executive chef.
You will work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm for a total of 45 hours a week.
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is advisable but not necessary. We are looking for someone who can manage their own duties / time and reproduce our recipes perfectly every day.
You must have a passion for quality and a good eye for detail with excellent organisational skills.
You should have:
- Quality catering / restaurant background with stability and reliability.
- Strong H and S and Food Hygiene knowledge and practice.
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Friendly and approachable attitude.
