An opportunity to establish a career in web and digital delivery. You’ll do varied work within our production teams, learning as you go. You’ll help us create user-centred, well-tested websites and digital services, for our major public sector and charity clients such as the RAF, NHS and Barnardo’s.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Varied production work on websites – some detailed and requiring a methodical approach
* Helping with / learning to perform various types of user research
* Website testing and proofing
* General help around the office
YOU NEED TO BE
* Interested in all things digital and generally web savvy
* Meticulous – and happy to do some repetitive work as well as the more fun stuff
* Interested in working directly with our clients and their service users
* Hungry to learn while working – by watching and doing
* A superb communicator (and listener)
PAY AND KEY TERMS
* We are flexible on hours; the job could be either full- or part-time (minimum 3 days a week)
* Starting pay: £9.75 / hour (= voluntary ‘London Living Wage’). We will keep this under review and it will rise when your skills develop
* 3-month trial period (may extend)
* Based entirely at our office in London, WC1
