Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Process Improvement / Programme Officer to join our team in London. The successful applicant will join us on a full time, fixed term  basis and will receive a salary of £27,000 - £31,000 per annum.
Peabody and Family Mosaic have merged, creating a new housing association providing 55,000 homes to 111,000 people across London and the South East. An exciting opportunity has come up for a Process Improvement / Programme Officer.
As part of this role you will ensure all PGM processes are evaluated and developed to deliver efficient and effective services and maximize customer satisfaction. You will oversee gas safety processes to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including management of servicing schedule and preparation of forced entry packs.
Skills, knowledge and experience required by the Process Improvement / Programme Officer:
- experience with developing processes / work-flows.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work on own initiative, plan and organize workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- experience with using QL (or similar integrated housing software)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Please note this role is a 1 year fixed term contract.
