VINOTECA: one of London’s favourite places for wine and food for over a decade. Now with six sites across the capital, we remain an independent group of award winning restaurants, wine bars and wine shops run by a passionate and knowledgeable team. We offer over 200 wines to drink in and take away and have daily changing seasonal menus at all of our sites.
After successfully opening our sixth London site, we are now recruiting for a Private Room Assistant to help with bookings and general administration for our three private rooms.
Working for the Private Room Coordinator, you will have a natural understanding of how to deliver great customer service in a warm and engaging manner.
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
Handling bookings and enquiries for the Private Dining Rooms and other events in a professional and friendly way.
Communicating all details of bookings and events from the customer through to relevant Vinoteca staff.
Helping to drive sales of the Private Rooms through direct contact to potential customers and businesses.
Helping to managing and communicate enquiries for larger bookings across all Vinoteca sites.
Maintaining and updating databases.
Being the first point of contact for general enquiries.
Other ad hoc general office administration duties as required.
Key skills required:
Excellent organisational skills.
A high level of attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
The ability to successfully multi-task.
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
To be computer literate including Word, Excel, Outlook and ideally CMS (e.g. Wordpress) Familiarity with online reservations systems and tools would be an advantage.
experience of corporate and business events/admin.
