A part-time Private Personal Assistant is sought in Central London.
Applicants should be based in London, with a minimum of 3 years experience as a private family or personal assistant. Those with less than 3 years should not apply. experience as a nanny or house manager will not be considered experience as an personal assistant.
This position is part-time only, and applicants should already be based in London as the role involves travelling to client’s homes in Central London.
Candidates should demonstrate the following:
- As the position requires the candidate to work in an individual’s home, discretion, integrity and good references are essential.
- Confidence working both on a one-to-one basis and virtually with clients, and taking responsibility for ongoing projects in the client’s absence
- Extensive experience of administrative support and project management – clients will require help with a variety of projects, including but not limited to diary management, sourcing staff, property management, office support, basic bookkeeping, and individual research projects
- Exemplary organisation, communication and written skills, and an intuitive, meticulous and pro-active approach to problem solving
- Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and typing speed of minimum 60wpm
