A  couple who spend 6 months of the year in London (Oct to March) and 6 months in Tuscany (April to Oct) are looking for a highly flexible Chef who can cook Asian food as well as European.  The family like fine cuisine but prefer good home cooking.   There previous Chef has been with them for 4 years and will be leaving in September, so you can work together until his departure.   The family do travel too Thailand etc.  They are not big entertainers but have the occasional small dinner party.   Accommodation is provided - private rooms with the family homes.   The house is fully staffed.   The salary is £3,500 to £4,000 per month plus accommodation.
The candidate must be fully qualified and have at least 4 years working within private homes.  Able to cook good quality Asian food and European.   Previous references must be available.  Highly flexible.  Available now as the client is holding interviews immediately.
