repertoire of vegan dishes of international cuisines and competence at planning varied but balanced vegan menus
solid knowledge of diet and nutrition, including nutrient contents of various foods and needs for and benefits of various nutrients
must be a dog-lover with experience of caring for dogs
competence at home tech: scanning, online shopping, travel booking; diarising
competence at garden maintenance skills

Job Responsibilities:
Regularly:
kitchen:
prepare and serve dinner for a family of 2 +2
prepare and pack takeaway lunch boxes
layout next day’s breakfast preparations every evening
load, run and unload the dishwasher
order grocery supplies and manage larder stock
maintaining a clean, stocked and organised fridge, free of left-overs
pet:
run (not walk!) dog for 45 minutes once a day
brush fur and teeth
home admin:
diarise family commitments and arrange reminders
track expiry and renew insurances, memberships, etc
make regular/one-off payments for subscriptions, fees, etc
catalog digital photos, music albums, etc
garden:
maintain the lawn, garden and patio
order garden supplies, as needed
pull out and pull in rubbish/recycling bins on designated days
Occasionally:
make various online or high street purchases/errands, as requested
cook for and serve at brunch or dinner parties
write thank you cards, organise gift purchases and deliveries
make reservations: travel tickets, events, restaurants
pick up / escort children by transit (or car, if licensed)
initiate / follow-up (usually on phone) orders/complaints/tradesmen searches
