Captain Cyan is a large format printing company based in SE1. We provide our customers with a super-fast same-day printing of posters, roller banners, exhibition graphics and much more.
We are growing our team so that we can continue to offer great customer service. In this role you would be helping customers by phone, Live Chat, and face-to-face in the shop; and working with the rest of the team to print, finish, pack and despatch orders.
To do this job well you will have the following skills or experience:
- Good written and spoken English
- Friendly and helpful when communicating with customers and colleagues
- Hands-on and practical
It would also be great, but not essential to have some of these skills:
- Previous customer service or retail experience
- experience working in a printing or reprographics role
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign
You will do a flexible pattern of 8 hour shifts within our operating hours of 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.
