We are looking for an experienced and responsible Coffee Shop Assistant for a well-known, busy cake shop in Primrose Hill, Covent Garden and Kensington. This exciting opportunity is for someone with a passion for cake, coffee and great customer service! This role can either be full or part time and will involve working at the three shops.

We're looking for someone RELIABLE with a cheery disposition and friendly manner to serve customers in our cafe and cake shop. The right candidate should have some experience in a cafe or restaurant and be capable of working in a busy atmosphere.

We are looking for someone who is driven and is willing to progress within the company. Someone who loves new challenges and deals well under pressure in a busy environment, and is willing to take on responsibility. There will also be opportunities to work alongside our chefs in our Masterclasses which are held at the store and to also learn more about cake making and icing.

Applicants must:
Ideally have experience in a similar role.
Cash handling
Opening and closing the shop
Delivering exceptional customer service
Telephone skills
Have coffee making experience an advantage, but full training will be given.
Be eligible to work full time in the UK
Be able to provide references
Be fluent in spoken and written English.
