This mixed 4 form entry (4 classes per year group) junior school are looking for several Graduate Teaching Assistants for October 2022.The ideal candidate will have the ambition to become a teacher and be looking to gain experience as a Teaching Assistant prior to undertaking the relevant steps needed to gain your PGCE (post graduate certificate or education) This is a 3 term contract from October 2022 until July 2022. Graduate Teaching AssistantWe currently seeking several Graduate Teaching Assistants who are looking to gain experience in the education sector prior to pursuing a PGCE. The school is looking for someone who is looking for an opportunity to build on their professional development, have the willingness to learn and is confident in motivating and inspiring pupils. Your role will involve supporting pupils aged 6-10 in class through various subjects and you may also be required to work with students who have additional needs. The School Graded 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in all areas.The school has a number of Teachers who have started as Teaching Assistants at the school and have now successfully transitioned in teaching roles. Due to this, there is a real sense of family and community amongst the staff there.
