Preparatory Year 6 Teacher September 2021 start Job security and paid through the holidaysWestminsterI am working with an independent faith school in Westminster and they are looking for a year 6 teacher to join their tea from September 2022. The teacher will be expected to:Plan, prepare and teach stimulating lessons according to the educational needs of assigned pupils, including the setting and marking of both class work and homework Maintain a positive learning environment through classroom management among the pupils and safeguarding their health and safety both on the school premises and when they are engaged in authorised school activities elsewhere Assess, record and report on the development, progress and attainment of pupils, as well as on their personal and social needs Provide guidance and advice to parents and pupils on educational and social matters and on their further education, making relevant records and reports Communicate and consult with the relevant contacts both inside and outside the school such as SENCOs and speech therapists Advise parents on secondary transfer procedures and secondary schools which they may consider for their children Preparation of pupils for secondary school and selective school examinations Compiling or contributing towards secondary transfer reports involvement in any post-examination programs Please apply for this job if you meet the above needs of the post and you are looking for work from September.
