We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic prep chef to join us on our Mexican street food adventure. Daily duties to include cutting, chopping and peeling to produce salsas and guacamole as well as cooking batches of main dishes.

Following recipe's and instructions accurately
Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and food safety
The ideal candidate must have prep chef experience, be fast and efficient and have a passion for Mexican food.
Duties also include keeping the Cantina Carnitas food truck workspace clean, and following the cleaning Rota and updating records.
Hours 7.30-11.00 Monday to Friday
17.5 hours per week
