We are Gone Burger.
Our crew grew up all over the world but had a common passion - skating - with all the fun and scraped knees came a hunger to flip a better trick. So when we started Gone Burger, we weren't content with just an olly - we wanted to go for the 900.
We believe in balance: ostensibly naughty food juxtaposed with quality ingredients. Goneburger make gnarly burgers and rad food - our fans can tell you that. We don't just want to pull the tricks, we want to pull them in style and with a high degree of difficulty. We hand-press all our organic beef, we smoke our organic pork (and sauces), we marinate our free-range chicken, while offering a number of vegetarian and vegan dishes. It is the most quintessentially fast food done in the slowest manner possible.
We serve the burger aficionado, the burger nerd, the customer who requires an answer to the question “what is the best burger in London?” Adjunct to our residencies we run a growing take-away and office catering business.
Our premium street food business is growing exponentially and we need your help! We have a handful of strong brands, a rapid expansion plan for 2022 and we look after our staff well. Part to full time flexible.
We're looking for people passionate about street food - we're looking for people to join our crew to work at one of our pub residencies, and at festivals too. Ideally we're after chefs with burger experience, however if you're just starting out in the industry but can demonstrate enthusiasm, a keen knowledge and some knife skillz (sic), then we'll definitely consider you too.
