Balham Rainbow Nursery seeks an experienced Full Time Room Manager or Senior Practitioner to join our friendly and professional team.
We are specifically looking for someone that would like to work with children aged 3-5. Our beautiful pre-school room has capacity for 28 children and is filling rapidly.
We are located just two minutes from Balham Tube and mainline stations and are served by many bus routes.
Our setting has quickly become very popular with Balham parents and we are already building a waiting list for children joining in the next few months.
All of our staff receive continuous training to further their knowledge and careers. We require all staff to hold a Paediatric First Aid certificate, and will pay for your training if you do not hold one.
Our salary packages are very competitive and include bonuses, pension contributions, and employee perks. All staff also get their birthday off as an extra holiday on top of annual leave.
Our requirements for these positions are:
• Direct experience of working in a childcare setting as a Senior Practitioner or Room Leader
• Excellent communication skills with children and parents
• Good working knowledge of the EYFS
• NVQ 3 in Childcare or equivalent
• You must of course have a current DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one
