Postal Administrative Assistant With French

We are a company formations and accounting firm based in London, Victoria. Work in a cool modern office in central London, 3 minutes from Victoria Station! Small and friendly team.
Position open immediately - Interviews will be held as soon as possible in order to ensure you can be prepared by the previous person holding the role.
Client Correspondence: (40% of the workload)
METICULOUSLY Dealing with client mail, special deliveries and parcels, faxes + Mail forwarding to clients twice a week.
Dealing with receipts and dispatches of couriers/ mails to post office in a timely manner. Maintain proper records of postal expenses over clients’ accounts. Invoice clients for postal expenses when necessary.
Other Duties are
• Billing clients for services and renewals
• Helping clients with opening bank accounts in London
• General administrative and secretarial work for clients, in particular offshore and UK registered companies.
• Dealing with Companies House to order documents or enquire about cases
• Customers requests
• Occasional translations
• Occasional tasks outside the office such as Notary, Legalisation Office
• Clerical work – Filing, scanning
• Assist the manager in keeping proper records
• Banking of cheques received for clients and for the company.
Maintaining databases of client information and weekly reports of work done and to be handled to the manager
We are reviewing different options for the hours, depending on the profile of the fitting candidate:
9 to 6PM with 1 hour lunch break - Full Time
9 to 1PM - Part Time
