With a small team of 12, Goldsand Digital - a London digital agency, are on the hunt for a highly organised, deadline focused and analytic Production Assistant to support the creative team on project delivery and generate insightful reports following the launch of our quarterly campaigns.
We produce bespoke digital magazines for the motor industry.
The Production Assistant will work alongside the Data Analyst and report in to the Head of Production to ensure clients get true value from each campaign.
• The role:
Someone with really good writing skills and a really good command of English. experience in a creative role is not needed. Role will involve writing copy for client magazines.
The role sits within the post-production department, and will involve analysis and insight into the campaigns launched. Reporting is an integral part of the core product, iDealership Magazine, here and we want someone to focus time, energy and expertise on making these reports hugely valuable to our demanding client base.
A solid understanding of the digital and the publishing world is a bonus, but your passion to start the day with a page of things to do, and end it with everything complete, is what we’re looking for.
• Key responsibilities
1. Support creative team with administrative support
2. Organise client campaigns to launch
3. Assess results and deliver reports
4. Analyse results and help to deliver best practice in post-production
5. Keep campaigns on track
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm
Framework: Business Administration Level 2
Duration: 12 months
• Minimum GCSE grade C-A* in Maths and English or Functional Skills level 2 in both.
