Job description
We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals, with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our Post Office. If you enjoy working in a busy environment where no two days are the same, and the customer is at the heart of everything you do, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you!
Day to day duties
Dealing with customers face to face , selling financial products and services to meet targets. Selling mail products to meet the customers needs, selling Travel Services including Bureau de Change,
Along with previous Post Office experience, you will have strong communication skills and a high level of numeracy. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail will ensure you can be a successful Counter Clerk/ Assistant Manager, A confident nature, with a positive outlook will ensure you can liaise with a diverse customer base and cross sell the products and promotions the Post Office has to offer.
You will have to complete a Post Office security check and then regular Post Office tests to remain compliant to sell Post Office products and services.
