We're looking for a Assistant Manager / Senior Supervisor to add to our small but perfectly formed fun team.

We can offer a real life work balance that is so rare in this industry. We prefer our role to work 5/ 7 days per week and we always seek to Rota either a Friday or Saturday night off on a fortnightly Rota. You'll have the same 2 days a week off each week.

We’re an independent community pub in the East End. We are both a locals pub and in our 3 years here we've gained a new cosmopolitan demographic. We have a forward thinking drinks menu and are event heavy hosting drag cabaret, Music Bingo, DJ's and a piano singalong. We’re looking for a social,  fun, energetic, vibrant person to add to our small team.

We’re a lovely, close, friendly team who genuinely look after each other and often share a beer or 2 at the end of the night together.

We can offer a live in position in a desirable East London neighbourhood in our Uber friendly house share worth £7k.

So you'd have ample time to socialise and a cool London base.
Essential skills and qualities required:

-Cellar experience – ale care, line prep
- Extensive experience of UK pub working environment.
- Excellent spoken English

-experience of leading a team
- Good team player

-Respect for equality
