About Us:
Forza Win is an Italian restaurant situated in an old warehouse, at the end of Copeland Park, in Peckham, South East London. We serve fresh and unpretentious dishes, from our weekly changing menu. Alongside a selection of biodynamic Italian wines and classic cocktails.
We are well known for our team consisting of animated, passionate individuals; that not only know how to deliver excellent service but also understand the need for our customers to enjoy themselves without feeling suffocated by staff!
Job Descriptions:
Chefs (CDP – Sous)
• Experienced in all sections of the kitchen 
• Passion for fresh and seasonal produce
• Willingness to learn 
• Determination and drive 
• Organisation and a calm persona are key
• Six shifts a week
Supervisor
• experience in Floor/Bar Supervision within a busy establishment
• Clear, enthusiastic communication with the team and customers
• An interest in creating menus consisting of thoughtful, simple, drinks
• Have previous practice in cashing up
Floor Staff
• Hardworking and fun people who know how to interact with people
• Interest in food
• Punctual
