New opportunity has arisen for highly organised Receptionist / Administrator who is seeking a challenge in a role where there is scope to do more than a typical receptionist. Responsibilities
· Manage and coordinate all aspect of the office diary.
· Greet clients, photocopying and scanning documents.
· Answer and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence, enquiries and requests as appropriate.
· Support to accountants with admin tasks.
· Organise and administer meetings including producing agenda’s, taking minutes and following up on action points.
· Manage incoming emails and post
· Oversee and manage entertainment and event planning.
Essential experience, Skills or Attitudes.
· Native Portuguese speaker, Advanced English level.
· Proven experience in an administrator / receptionist role.
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
· MS Office
· Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
· Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks.
· Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
