WA International is a well-established money remittance specialized in the Brazilian and Portuguese money services market.
Our Customer Services Team is responsible for ensuring that WA’s customers receive first class service. As a Money Services Business and FCA regulated company, WA works continuously to uphold its reputation for outstanding customer service.
WA is currently seeking talented Full Time Customer Service Advisors for permanent placement.
Duties will include:
Answering and dealing with customer enquiries, transactions, requests and correspondence
Delivering high standard in quality call-handling and call-logging
Taking ownership of client queries and administration work, referring on to colleagues elsewhere in the business when necessary
Working to agreed service levels and targets whilst ensuring service to customers is top class
Proactively contacting customers to complete deals or conduct surveys
Monitor customer’s accounts for compliance purposes
Managing and updating internal customer databases and sensitive spreadsheets/ reports
Provide training for new agents and representatives on company’s procedures and systems and any other duties as may be required
Visiting some prospective clients and partners.
Basic Administrative and operational tasks
Knowledge, Skills and experience:
Applicants must have experience of working in a similar role. WA is looking for people with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Candidates must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The successful applicant will be fluent in Brazilian/Portuguese and English (Written and spoken)
Candidates will be sociable, outgoing and able to deal with difficult calls on occasion; the ability to work to deadlines with a high attention to detail
The ideal applicant will have excellent PC skills, essentially Windows, Excel, Outlook, Word and Email.
Strong customer services skills with experience in telephone/online based customer service
Previous experience in the money services sector is appreciated but not essential as training is provided.
Organised, team player attitude and strong ability to multi-task
Ability to work saturdays and on a flexible schedule.
