Hyde Park Residence are looking for a Porter to join the team.
Under the direction of the Concierge and guidance of the Assistant Front of House Manager, your role will be to provide a professional, comprehensive and an efficient Porter service to guests, tenants, owners, office Suites, visitors and colleagues on a day-to-day basis. The successful applicant must have the following:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
A consistent and composed approach towards guests and colleagues in pressurised situations, not allowing situations to escalate.
A professional attitude and appearance at all times.
Work well within a structured team and be able to work on own initiative.
1 + years’ experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
Ability to prioritise work loads.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Be able to work independently without supervision.
Must possess a clean Driver’s license.
Courteous, confident, efficient, friendly/outgoing, self-disciplined and self-motivated with good attention to detail.
Have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
