Exciting career opportunity for a Business Development professional with field sales experience and Polish language fluency to join a fast-growing and innovative Financial Services Company.
We are a FCA authorised UK leader in the provision of fast, safe and reliable money transfer services between the UK and Poland. Established in 2004, we have grown to offer our services through multiple channels from own branches, Agent locations throughout the UK and online B2B platform. To enable us to grow further we are now looking to recruit a Business Development Executives to join the team.

As a Business Development Executive, your role is to identify and visit potential customers to promote our range of financial services and secure new business. (Ideally in the Polish retail market in the UK).
We are looking for someone who has sales experience in selling to SME’s, independent retailers also have an experience in new business development in financial industry.
The ideal candidate will be:
• B2B experienced natural communicator with excellent negotiation and sales skills and ability to close deals in accordance with sales process stages
• Able to communicate professionally and effectively F2F, over the phone
• Target driven with ability to persuade clients
• Success focused and determined to achieve goals and meet KPI’s within specified deadline
• Able to make a decision with good judgement and be able to problem solve
• Fluent in Polish
• Experienced in CRM
• Valid driving license
Main Responsibilities:
• New Business Development (to include, agent recruitment, training and on-going support as well as B2B client acquisition)
• Implementing and developing network and business growth strategy within the designated geographical area
• Build long term relationships with agents and B2B customers to ensure loyalty, transaction and revenue growth
• Monitoring competitors and their services
• Interaction with management and other sales staff to foster cross regional experience
• Participate and coordinate field activities (to include attending local marketing campaigns) to ensure agent network growth and development of optimal agent performance
