As a Business Development Executive, your role is to identify and visit potential customers to promote our range of financial services and secure new business. The ideal candidate should have experience in account managing clients/agents and have a proven record of New Business Development (Ideally in the Polish retail market in the UK).

Experienced in working, negotiating and managing relationships with external Agents and Business customers.
Fluency in Polish
experience in Polish retail market in the UK.

Main Responsibilities:

New Business Development (to include, agent recruitment, training and on-going support)
Implementing business growth strategy and developing an agent network within the designated geographical area.
Build long term relationships with agents to ensure loyalty, transaction and revenue growth.
Monitoring competitors and their services.
Participate and coordinate field activities.
