Your duties:
- general office admin (phone calls, emails, deliveries, post, welcoming guests)
- assistance to senior staff (filing, databases, some accounts)
- construction worker recruitment (advertising, interviews, document set up)
- translation
- managing daily signing sheets
- liaising with accountants
- liaising with construction site supervisors
- organising maintenance work , men, material
- some property maintenance management responsibilities may be given if relevant experience
If you have previous experience in construction, refurbishment work or maintenance work - this job will be covering all aspects.
The job will be both office based and construction site based
