Advanced Building are looking for tradesmen to join our team working in and around London and Essex.
All roles are on a self-employed basis; CIS registration is required. Must have UTR number and CSCS Card. Good rates of pay; mainly priced work but day work may be necessary.

Roles Required:
Experienced Plumber / Wet Room Fitter / Bathroom Fitter
Basic Carpentry and Tiling a bonus
Must have own van and tools, CSCS card essential but if not, can obtain whilst working with us. Additional qualifications are desirable but not essential; such as Asbestos Awareness, Working at Heights, Abrasive Wheels. experience in fitting graded floor showers, level access trays, pumped wastes and half height shower doors desired but not essential as training will be given.
Experienced Carpenter
Basic Plumbing and Tiling desired, but not essential
